Dustin Pedroia should be the AL MVP for 2008. Josh Hamilton is a good choice, but he even stated in an interview that Pedroia should get it because it needs to go to a player who’s team made it to the playoffs. I agree with Steve, look at his numbers and tell me he doesn’t deserve it.

There is NO Question who the American League MVP is ….
That would be Dustin Pedroia , hands down… Check all his stats , and you will see…
Ave. Second in the league, ddouples , firts, hits, first , 20 stolen bases, caught just once, Gold Glove caliber defense,clutch hitting, 17 homers , for a second baseman that stands all of 5′ 4 ” ….Everything he does is simply incredible. Last year’s ROY, this year’s MVP. antything else would be a travesty …..
