Mike Jacobs of the Florida Marlins traded to the Kansas City Royals for Leo Nunez
The Royals will hope that Jacobs can add some pop to their lineup, while Nunez should improve the bullpen of the Marlins
Scott Olsen and Josh Willingham of the Florida Marlins traded to the Washington Nationals for Emilio Bonifacio, P.J. Dean and Jake Smolinski
The Marlins were able to shed some salary and pick up a few decent prospects, while the Nationals added a good pitching prospect in Olsen and a good bat in Willingham.
Matt Holliday of the Colorado Rockies traded to the Oakland Athletics for Huston Street, Greg Smith and Carlos Gonzalez

Nick Swisher and Kanekoa Texeira of the Chicago White Sox traded to the New York Yankees for Wilson Betemit, Jeff Marquez and Jhonny Nunez.
The Yankees get a possible everyday first baseman in Swisher, while the White Sox get a utility player in Betemit and two pitching prospects.
Kevin Gregg of the Florida Marlins traded to the Chicago Cubs for Jose Ceda
The Cubs get Gregg who should provide immediate bullpen help, while the Marlins get a star pitching prospect in Ceda.
Coco Crisp of the Boston Red Sox traded to the Kansas City Royals for Ramon Ramirez
The Royals get a centerfielder in Crisp, while the Red Sox get Ramirez to help their bullpen.
