That is a nice progression, and his GB/FB ratio is in the general vicinity of Aaron Cook, the poster boy for sinkerballers who don’t rack up a lot of strikeouts.

Have to defend my boy Fausto here…

He only had 3.3 K/9 in his first eight starts, but since then he improved his rate to 7 K/9 in his last 13 starts. That, combined with an unbelievable 65% GB rate, suggests (to me at least) that he can continue to succeed.
