A minor league brawl between the Peoria Chiefs and the Dayton Dragons turned ugly when pitcher Julio Castillo threw a ball at the opposing bench. The ball missed its target and hit a fan in the stands.

After the brawl, the video of which can be seen at the end of this entry, Castillo was arrested. In total, 15 players were ejected following the minor league brawl.

Expect multiple suspensions and for Julio Castillo to get the harshest punishment.

Lock him up for a year and kick him out of baseball forever. This is not the kind of influence that deserves a larger market such as the majors.

    Sorry if you disagree.

I agree 100%! He should never set foot on a ball field again.

  4. Maria says:

I agree with George up there… He should NOT be awarded for his temper…what if the guy had died? What if he is on the field and does it again? Forget about this guy leave him in the dust!
