Check out this video of a minor league manager gone crazy. The manager in question is Kash Beauchamp and he just loses it in this clip.
He starts off looking like the human bobblehead. After regaining equilibrium, Beauchamp then makes the minor league ump smell his shoe and his armpit. Haven’t seen that move before so you gotta give Beauchamp extra credit for imagination.

I went to high school with this clown. He was just as bad then but now he gets paid for it! As an umpire this is totally uncalled for and I think he should get suspended.
Anybody going after the umps amuses me, but he’s no Phil Wellman.
This guy reminds me of Darrin Dietrich, hes got the look, the swagger and definetely the “episode” good work!!!! the shoe coming off is a top tem web gem.
Wow…this was incredible! I knew his Dad & Mom when my deceased Hubby and I were in the Cardinals minor league system. Can’t EVER remember his Dad having such a temper! He must have gotten it from his Mama’s side of the family! I hope he had good reason for all that rage…or maybe he was just having a bad day!!

The guy “CB” who went to high school with Beauchamp, is just jealous his classmate is getting national attention.
I want season tickets! Got to give Beauchamp an A+ for creativity. The arm pit and shoe was PRICELESS!
