Man, that is a tough way to go. Apparently the Mets, thinking they had a playoff spot locked up, installed extra seating last week in anticipation of more games at Shea this year. Now they have to remove those seats without ever having been able to use them.
That stinks.
If you are a Mets fan, my heart goes out to you. If you’re a fan of any other team and are whining about your club’s plight, just stop right now and look at the Mets. Seriously, you have no right.
