Ron Washington, the manager of the Texas Rangers, had a mini confrontation with CJ Wilson on the pitcher’s mound in a recent game. After giving up a granny, Wilson flipped the ball to Washington when the manager came to change pitchers. Watch the video at the end of the entry to see what happened next.
It’s safe to say that Washington wasn’t too pleased with the ball flip from Wilson. Wilson, who has been the closer for the Rangers for much of the season, has been struggling of late. Losing his composure seems to be one of his biggest problems.
