I think KC has a reasonable shot at something close to .500 this year. like you said, they've really got something to look foward to now, they're on the right track. and it's amazing how fast Dayton Moore turned this frachise around.

I don't think the Nats are as horrible as they look, they have some intriguing young talents. and Jim Bowden hasn't been afraid to spin the wheels at every chance that arises. but the abosalute mess that was the Ex-Expos will take a little longer. but i don't think their completely fucked... however....

The Rangers are pretty fucked. for all the grief some other clubs (Pirates, KC, Nats etc.. ) may have. is there a more worthless club in the history of the game then the Rangers? they been around for almost 50 years now and made the playoff *3* times. and never past the first round. hell they won *1* playoff game in their entire existence!

The Giant's season is FAR from over, it's just starting!.... in a bad way though. let' see Barry Zito's quest to go 0-30 (now that he's in the pen he might pick up more losses!) Matt Cain going something like 2-10 depite a sub 4 ERA, and some record setting suckitude as the team trotts out has beens and never was out every day! hey, can you give the California Penal league a call?

I think you should sub the Royals with the Pirates, it's said and somewhat ironic up till 1992, their history rival that of any non-Yankee ball club. but Bonds leaving it's almost as if the modern curse of the Babe hitting them. not that they've helped themself out that much though.
