Hey, it’s not my term. Magpie at Batter’s Box has identified the 10 worst pitchers in Toronto Blue Jays history using as a measuring stick the hilariously and appropriately named suckage index. What is that, you ask? Here’s the formula:
(80 - ERA+) * IP
Be sure to read the comments, where some dedicated individuals figure out the worst single seasons in big-league history. How did the Royals lose 106 games in 2005? Well, maybe you should check with Jose Lima…
