Andrew McCutchen Blasts Three Homers

Recently, the Pittsburgh Pirates have been trading just about every veteran player on the roster. On Saturday, one of the youngsters illustrated by the Pirates’ management may be on to something.
Andrew McCutchen, a player the Pirates drafted in the first round back in 2005, hit three homers to ower the Pirates to an 11-6 win over the Washington Nationals. In one day, he doubled his homers on the season from three to six.
“It’s just a day I know I won’t forget,” said McCutchen. “A day I know I’ll remember.”
