Yankee Stadium Tribute Video – Last Game

The last game has been played at Yankee Stadium. The stadium, which opened in the early 1920s, will likely go down in history as the most famous baseball stadium ever.

With over 80 years of memories tied to Yankee Stadium, it is hard to include everything — however the video of the Yankee Stadium tribute at the end of this entry does of very good job.

In the last game every played in the stadium, the Yankees fittingly won the game. Their 7-3 victory over the Baltimore Orioles kept their very slime playoff chances alive but more importantly, it ended the Yankee Stadium era on a high note.
