I’m not sure what you mean. If a “person” is not moving, that can mean any of several things. Maybe the person is paralyzed or restrained? A person is definitely not a bot.
If you’re talking about characters that spend the entire day just standing in one spot without any apparent activity (like vending), there’s no way of telling whether their players are using third party programs. Besides, I don’t see the need to run third party programs if you want your character to just sit in town doing nothing. :p
There are two major reasons why some players “bot”: 1) for character gain, either in level or in in-game cash, and 2) for personal gain, to get more in-game cash to sell for real world cash.
Whatever their reasons are, botting remains a highly frowned upon and illegal activity.

Hello everyone, I thought I let every interested newcomers know that they shouldn’t waste their time installing Pangya USA.
There are so many bugs that aren’t getting fixed. Lots of features such as Guilds, Rankings, Cadie’s Cauldron to change the type of items you possess, and many more that were there before Season 3 is now broken.
Another problem is the language barrier. Brazilians who had their Pangya server shut down is now invested the US server with their “affs”, “sera”, and their “AiHIHIUAUAUAhAuauAuHIHUH”. You think you can ignore it, but they will come asking if you are a Brazilian. If not, they will curse at you for no reason because you are not one of their kinds.
Mostly the number one concern is the hacking issue that is probably never getting fixed. They will create multiple new accounts to trash the server with ridiculous scores and they hurt the economy to the point where lounge shops has been disabled where players can buy or sell their items for in-game currencies. So if you are a newcomer, you may be reported as a hacker for no reason and get banned.
There’s no future of Pangya USA, or should I call it HackyaBR. Nothing is getting done, and the negatives just keeps piling up to the point where there are so much to fix where they just shove it off and let the Korean developers do all the dirty work. All they’ve been doing is releasing contents to gamble your money away with their greedy system. So players are to spend lots of money with low odds before Ntreev says “sorry, we are closing this game, thanks for the money bye.”
Take my word for it, lots of veteran players like myself has already left that server. There’s no future left and the community moral is in a dangerous position now. Save your time, and money and play something else.
I tried all kinds of Online games and Cabal online suits me well..
1st: Not expensive – I didn’t load a single EP card and I reached lvl 126
2nd: Can go solo or party
3rd: If you are reading the context of the quests, you will find out like “What is Cabal?”, “Who is the Lord of destruction?”, “Why I am a part of Guardians Sword?” and these type of quests can’t be found in other type of online games.
4th: Skill animation is very detailed. Period.

I can assure you this game is absolutely nothing like battlefield 1942, with a few exceptions:
1) the setting is wwii
2) it’s a first-person shooter that uses large maps
3) you can use vehicles
other than that the two could not be more different. battleground europe prides itself on realism, such as realistically calculated ballistics on artillery projectiles and drag coefficients on aircraft and bombs. yeah. THAT kind of realism.
that, and the realistic use/destruction of all of the different vehicles, and it’s one of the few games that lets you effectively set-up and execute proper paratrooper sorties in real-time without having to load a new level (a la call of duty 2). you have one guy spawn a transport plane, and 1 or more people spawn as paratroopers and hop on the plane. the plane flies to its destination, maintains an altitude of 1,000′ AGL, and the troops drop when ready! fun stuff :=)

I Like Aion Online!!! but it is still doesn’t exist in Philippines but I have play play it for almost one month by private server just to see if it is good and fun to play, but it was great!! I Hope Aion will release here in the Philippines!

The comment I deleted a few months ago was a personal attack and not a comment on any game, so your dare is unnecessary … so are the cuss words.
As for Cabal, yes, in hindsight, it sucks, and sucks bad. I really wanted to like it, but it just wasn’t up to par. But this fact doesn’t require me to throw invectives like there is no tomorrow.
You might want to clean up your act. You’ll be surprised with the number of people that will believe you.
