Ether Saga: Shaping up to be a great game

At present, I’m looking at a new massively multiplayer online role-playing game to whet my burgeoning appetite for wanton destruction. Uhmm, I mean, my hunger for bigger and better online games. And this game, Ether Saga, seems to be the key to my growing thirst.

Unfortunately, Ether Saga isn’t available in my country—meaning its publisher, Perfect World Entertainment, the company that brought to North America and the rest of the Western World the hit MMORPG Perfect World, has blocked IP addresses of countries where Perfect World games are in operation. Sigh.
I’m hoping Jonathan Belliss, product manager at Perfect World Entertainment, can help me catch a first-hand glimpse of Ether Saga, but I doubt he’ll lift the IP block just to accommodate an MMORPG fanatic bent on virtual world domination.
Here’s a brief background story of Ether Saga:
It is the Golden Age of the Middle Kingdom.
It is a time of great prosperity and cultural advancements. Philosopher Kings reign, the arts reach their peak, and wars between neighboring states have all but ceased. Unfortunately, with this state of tranquility comes a sense of affluence and complacency never before witnessed. People become increasingly lethargic and arrogant, quickly forgetting the sacred customs and traditions of the ancients. Heaven becomes increasingly alarmed.
It is at this time that Nuwa, Queen of Heaven, concerned with the happenings on earth, decrees a celestial banquet to be held for the leaders of Heaven. The event, known as the Peach Blossom Banquet, is attended by all the gods of Heaven, their various ministers and servants, and a select group of mortals.
