Pangya Halloween Design and Cosplay Contest

The great thing about having customization features in a massively multiplayer online game is getting the opportunity to launch special events in time for holidays. An example of this is Ntreev USA’s Carve Your Own Halloween on Self Design Items contest for the casual online golf game Pangya.
The contest is, of course, open to all Pangya players and is designed to test the limits of their creativity and skills with a virtual brush, courtesy of the game’s Season 4 update that features new customization options.

It’s true! A lot of people, especially those living in the West may object, enough to say that cosplay, a contraction of the words “costume” and “play,” is much a part of their culture than it is in Asia. I admit, yes, that dressing up as a character from a movie, television series or comic book with the hope of getting noticed at conventions is a big deal in some Western countries, particularly in the United States, where conventions, like the ever popular Comicon and RPGcon, are a dime a dozen.
