It’s official! The cutest and most visible couple around the NBA scene, Spurs guard Tony Parker and Eva Longoria are engaged. They’re planning to marry in France in the summer of 2007. All I have to say to this is, “Grats Tony! This should inspire you to win another NBA title!”

I wonder if this marriage is motivated by a desire to overcome recent hardships. Sometimes people take the next step in a relationship because they are trying to save the relationship, but if the underlying foundation is crumbling it will ultimately fail.
