Android & Debian Together on the G1
I don’t have a G1 but it’s interesting what people are doing with it. Like putting Debian alongside Android. It gives you a guide on how to build the Debian image and if you’d like the image already, you also get the option to download it already. The nice thing about this guide is that it has sections that talk about errors you might encounter along the way.

Ubuntu remix: Great on the Acer Aspire One has a great review on the latest release of Ubuntu and how it works well on Acer Aspire One hardware. I have yet to personally try it on my netbook but work has kept me busy so I haven’t been able to do so. I am on Ubuntu UMPC, so I am not sure how different it is.
Thunderbird visual refresh on Linux
If you want to see screenshots of what Thunderbird would be like, then check out this blog entry. You would see a refreshing look on Thunderbird. I haven’t used it in ages so this is more of a new thing for me. I am glad people are working on this. Hopefully more will appreciate and use Thunderbird not just for its features but also because it looks sleek and it looks like it’s easy to use too.
