Not quite happy with Wammu

I installed Wammu the other day, after looking for some tools.

I didn’t quite like it because I could only download contacts and no calendar and no messages either. But I could actually sync the to-do list with it. Hrmmm. It’s not quite what I thought it would be so OpenSync might be an option. Seems like it could synchronize with Google Calendar, according to my friend.

I am thinking that Wammu is really more suited to Nokia phones, unfortunately. *sigh* The screenshots on the Wammu site were mainly from Nokia. Oh well.

Now it seems to be the time to get the source code and compile!

Hmm, thanks for the tip – I would love to synd Google Calendar/Lightning (which I have syncing with Google Calendar) and my Nokia. Will check out Wammu.

And thanks for the blog comments;)
