Plurk Goodies for You

I’ve been more active in Plurk than on Twitter because most of my contacts are there. In any case, I recently just found out some Plurk-related goodies you might be interested in.

Plurk script for Amarok

If you’d like to plurk the current song playing on your Amarok player, you could use this script. When you add the script, you will have the option to Plurk that song. Some people love sharing what’s on their playlist as it is their way of recommending that song. That or it indicates what kind of mood they are in. If you’re on Amarok, this might be a nifty little thing. plurk-logo

Plurk your tweets

If you are on both Twitter and Plurk and you’re more of a Twitter user, you could choose to plurk your tweets using this script. Actually, it could also tweet your plurks. So updating both Twitter and Plurk will be easy too. Other information about this Python script is available here.

Plurk smileys for Pidgin

If you love the dancing banana icon and want it on Pidgin, then this smiley pack is just right for you. I’d like to find out if there’s a way for me to set this set of emoticons for the plurk bot actually. It would be cool so that I’d immediately see the emoticons the way they appear on Plurk.
