If you are curious about what’s going on with certain distros’ development, I’ve got a screenshot special for you. I am linking to three distros with screenshots of their upcoming releases.
Ubuntu Intrepid Ibex screenshots
DreamLinux screenshots
Fedora 10 screenshots
These are all screenshot posts just for you! Just like any other Linux user who’s very curious about what’s going on, you could check out those links. They also included notes about what to expect in the releases mentioned. DreamLinux looks really slick with the desktop user interface. I just hope that it’s as slick as it looks. When I went to the DreamLinux site, there’s a link to customizing DreamLinux. This might be something more advanced users would probably enjoy. As for Ubuntu, I am excited about the said mounting of archives feature, as well as extras when it comes to creating archives like passwords and splitting of the files. The set of images for Fedora 10 are focused on the installation so you might get bored or you might not see much.
Enjoy looking at the screenshots!

Testing… seems comments not working at the moment?
Hmm, OK, so they work here, but I’ve commented twice on the Ex Falso posting, and neither has appeared (nor did the “awaiting moderation” message).
You can delete these two, but I’d like to post my comment on the Ex Falso thread.
Maybe it’s because I included a URL (to another piece of software) or something?
