Ubuntu users have an outlet for their ideas on Ubuntu Brainstorm. If you’ve been thinking about a feature that would help you and fellow new Linux users, you could pitch in your ideas and even receive comments and votes on it.

The guidelines for submitting an idea:

Just register, click ‘Submit idea’ and enter a title and short description. If you are aware of a forum thread on the topic or a relevant spec or bug in Launchpad we ask that you add links to those too.

It’s also recommended that you do a search for ideas before submitting your own. Why? Well, someone might have submitted a similar idea already. But you could still add some of your thoughts to add value to the idea. ;)

One nifty thing about Ubuntu Brainstorm is that you could also vote. If there are ideas you disagree with, you could vote against it and add comments as to why you don’t like it.

Want to be heard? Sign up and start pitching your ideas and voting for others too!
