So I am not the only one with wifi problems

So far, that’s what this month’s poll says.

Broadcom is known for issues. My co-workers have no problem with their company-issued laptops because they are not on Broadcom. I am part of the minority in the office. Anyway, it’s really an important issue for me because I haven’t gotten the lan cable socket fixed yet and I couldn’t get the lan cable to lock into the socket so it keeps getting loose and I get disconnected if I am on wired internet connection. But because my laptop’s on Broadcom, wifi’s flaky at times. I just keep getting disconnected sometimes. Oh well.

I must read up on that topic again. Really. Though it’s better now that I am on Gutsy, it would sure be lovely to have my internet connection working just fine.
