It will give you an idea of what your previous frame looks like against the current one so you could use it as basis of your cartoon&#8217;s consistency.</p>
<p>Requirements:</p>
<ul>
<li> Any Unix Operating System (if it is free, better!)</li>
<li>QT 4.1.1 or higher</li>
<li>256 MB on RAM</li>
<li>800Mhz or higher (Processor Speed)</li>
<li>Disk space: at least 5 MB free</li>
