It's only for Wordpress and is currently a beta (I think). I just gave it a quick look, didn't get much time to play with it, so don't know how good it is. It has tag support though. However, you need a windows dll for it to work - so it'd only be applicable for you if you have an old Windows OS lying around on some harddrive.
