If you haven’t heard of Food Force, it’s a game designed by the World Food Programme in order to educate our youth about the world’s hunger crisis. The game was originally released in 2005 in English, Japanese, Italian and Polish.

With World Food Day quickly approaching (October 16th - mark your calendars), the WFP has released the game in French, Hungarian and Chinese.

If you’ve got kids somewhere around the ages of 8-13, please download them a free copy of Food Force at www.food-force.com.

To date, downloads have totalled 4.5 million. Not bad for a Humanitarian game. Go Food Force!
