It does kind of look like an expansion doesn't it. I must admit that adding an apartment feature to the existing Sims 2 line-up of games would not make me sad. What makes me sad is having Sims 2 and all of its expansions and then having to start all over. I'll be sure to let you in on the news as I get it.
