Found My Game Disc

Howdy, kids.
I haven’t played Apartment Life in quite a while because I lost the damn game disc. Luckily, I found the thing under my printer. Go figure.
Anyway, I’m finally getting a chance to dig into the game and managed to score “myself” a pretty sweet apartment with a garage.
One thing that I discovered that I thought was pretty cool is the fact that you can customize the front door of your apartment along with the “welcome mat”. That seems like such a tiny little detail but since you could do something similar in University, I guess that it only makes sense that you would be able to do it in Apartment Life.
“My” likes are Success/Hard Worker and Witchiness. My goal is to find a hot warlock who’s damn good at his job.
Every one’s gotta have a goal. Right?
just want to add a little note that you can actually build apartments and dorms and customize dorms while living in it! I haven’t tried this one out on apartments, but on University, it works for sure.
customizing apartments, enter into cheat bar: boolProp apartmentSpecificToolsDisabled false
if that does not work, try: boolProp apartmentbaseSpecificToolsDisabled
to build an apartment, build an apartment in resident zone and after built enter into cheat bar: changeLotZoning apartmentbase
to customize a dorm: boolProp dormSpecificToolsDisabled false
(to change back change ‘false’ to ‘true’
to build a dorm, build it in a resident zone and after built enter into cheat bar : changeLotZoning dorm
