If you don’t know what Twitter is then you are majorly behind the curve and you’re gonna have to hurry to catch up.
Think of Twitter as a worldwide IM. In 140 characters or less you let the world know what you’re doing, thinking, considering doing, eating, watching on TV…etc.
You “follow” people who you think are interesting and they “follow” you back if they think you’re cool. Just because you follow someone that doesn’t mean that they have to follow you back and vice versa.
