Angela England and Summer ended up with equal points for MySims PC.  Since I don’t want to disappoint you guys [and I didn't include anything as a tie breaker] I’m going to give both of them MySims PC.

So, congrats to them!

But, do not despair, dear reader.  I have more copies to giveaway at a later date AND I still have a Wii MySims Kingdom to giveaway from the last contest.

The same rules apply as in the last contest but this one will go until the 7th.

I’ll only ship within the lower 48 states of the US, you get one point for commenting about your love and desire for MySims Kingdom for the Wii, you get five points for blogging about the contest, a point each for each tweet, Digg and Stumble.  You only have to leave a comment to be entered but you get extra entries if you do the extra stuff.

In the event of another tie, the person who commented first will get the game.

Lookie what I got from Maxis yesterday!

That’s right folks, 14 games to give away.

On Friday the 28th of November, I’ll be giving away a copy of MySims for PC and MySims Kingdom for the Wii.

Everyone’s always emailing me and asking “how do I play sims online?!”  The answer is that you can’t.

I wrote about this back in May and was pretty testy about the whole deal but I’ve calmed since then and I guess I can’t blame you for trying.  So, for those of you who want to play Sims online for free I present to you this link. [Click where it says "this link"]

OK.  That’s a bit of a joke.  They’re Sims 2 online mini games to take some of the sting out of not being able to download Sims 2 online for free legally.

But don’t go away angry.  Friday I have a big giveaway to announce just to reward you for putting up with all of my crap.  I really do appreciate you’re emails, so keep them coming…even if they are about wanting to play Sims 2 for free.

It’s Autumn and the leaves around here have finally taken on the reds, oranges and yellows that this awesome season [my favorite] is known for.  Another thing that Autumn is known for is its food.  Actually, I guess it’s better known for Thanksgiving and Christmas but I think about the food.

I guess the people at Sims2.com feel the same way because they have a “Harvest Recipe Cookbook 2008” going on right now.

You have to submit your recipe in the story format and the recipe has to be a real, edible recipe.  They quit taking submissions on the 20th of November so hurry up and get your favorite sim to make your favorite holiday dish.

The steps are simple:

Download the Creature Creator – free!

Create a creature and make him dance – make sure you record it

Upload creature to YouTube and register the video

Pretty cut and dry but you might as well head on over to the YouTube page to read everything for yourself. Also, click here for the “official” rules.

The prize is a trip to the Smithsonian Museum and registration ends on August 1st so hurry up.

Can you really ever have too much IKEA?  I think not.

Maxis is holding a contest of sorts involving the Stuff Pack and I thought that you might be interested.

The rules go like this:

Buy the stuff pack by clicking here.

Design a room with the majority of the stuff coming from the IKEA Home Stuff pack.

Take 3-5 screenshots of your room and upload them to the Exchange between now and August 2nd, 2008 at 11:59pm EST.

Winners won’t receive prizes but they will be showcased [hence the title] for 30 days.

Might be interesting to see what everyone comes up with.  Shoot me an email if you decide to play along and I’ll link to your submission.
