Meghan Fox is probably the most recent celebrity to invoke Marilyn – with a tattoo on Fox’s forearm of the dead starlet – but Fox is just one in a long, long string of actresses who feel some sort of special connection.

And, you know, it’s not just “famous” people who connect with Marilyn Monroe. Tons of “regular” people still love Monroe and the fact that Audrey created a Marilyn Monroe for Sims 3 shows the draw that Monroe still has on today’s public.

You’re going to have to really read the Overview with this download. I counted 12 different links to custom content that you need to make Marilyn look as phenomenal in your game as she does in the screenshot. The custom Seven Year Itch dress is included so rejoice for that since it’s a really cool dress.

Maybe some more 50s celebreties will be created for Sims 3 soon and then you can do a complete themed story – how cool would that be?

In “celebration” of the movie hitting the big screen tonight, EA has come out with a New Moon spoof that has got to be seen to be believed.

Just like all of their other spoofs, it’s a bit irreverent and funny and since it’s not that long [just over a minute] you can watch it on your way out to see the real thing.

Even the title – Love Triangle Under the Sims Moon: A The Sims 3 Parody – made me laugh.

Just don’t take it too seriously. I’m sure they made it with the utmost respect for the movie and the books.

OK…not really…but it’s still funny.

Deus Ex is one of those iconic RPGs that has a very loyal fan base and a very hot female bionic character by the name of Anna Navarre.

I can’t even begin to express just how much I think this Sim rocks.

Everything is there from the red left eye to the outfit to the personality [Daredevil, Grumpy, Athletic, Ambitious, Mean Spirited].

Make sure that you add that red eye as an accessory to all of the outfit choices. If you forget to add it to one of the outfits, you’ll end up with a normal eye and then the look won’t be right.

Sims 3 can be a such a bitch sometimes when it comes to character creation and Pattinson has some weird features that make him none to easy to reproduce.

A lot of work went into this Sim with a custom nose mask, custom eyebrows and lip-textured lipstick.

Like most really good Sims, there is some stuff that you need to download: Awesome Mod and Rick and Delphy’s Slider Hack. There are also links to the custom content that is used on Robert Pattinson on the overview page and if I’ve said it once, I’ve said it a million times: read the overview page if you want your Sims to look as they look in the purty pictures on the character pages.

OK.

So I was a fan of the Batman movie back in ‘89 that was directed by Tim Burton and stared Michael Keaton. And then I kind of just try to ignore that any other Batman movies were made until Batman Begins in ‘05.

One of the characters I always thought was interesting was The Riddler – in the comics not Jim Carey’s version. I also like it when creators bring fictional characters into Sims 3. There’s just something cool about seeing a character you’ve known from print, turned into something that you can directly control.

This Riddler obviously contains some custom content and some of it isn’t included in the download.

The skin and the eyes aren’t included but kopple36 has included the links to the downloads. You also need to make sure that you download the “Slider hack” cause if you don’t, Riddler isn’t going to look like he looks in the screenshot.

Unless you’ve been living under a rock, you know that Tim Burton is coming out with a new Alice in Wonderland movie in 2010. Like all of Burton’s movies, this one looks like it’s going to be highly stylized, dark and absolutely fantastic.

Why do I bring up Tim Burton’s movie?

Because I have an amazing Alice for Sims 3 for you, that’s why.

This Alice is full of custom content so make sure that you make note of the custom content or Alice is going to look different than what you see in the screen that I’ve included here.

Custom content that you have to download separately:

• hair
• child skintone
• eye replacement

There are also special instructions for what you can and can’t do with custom content that’s included with Alice so make sure that you read that as well. If you’re just downloading Alice for your own personal use and have no intention of including her in any screenshots or videos then you should be safe.

Even if you’re not trying to totally recreate the books, this Alice is a great addition to any game. Just imagine the possibilities!

Vera Marina has done it again with this Sims and shows why she is one of my favorite creators.

The side-by-side is awesome and Vera seems to have really captured the essence of Rachel Weisz. Even though Weisz has a weird [though pretty] face, Vera still managed to create a great likeness and I think that this version of Rachel Weisz will fit right into your Sims 2 game.

With all of the movies that she’s been in, just imagine all of the story lines that you can now recreate!

And, if you’re basing your game on the show [and not the books] then you’ve got to have Lafayette Reynolds. I mean, come on! He MAKES that show sometimes.

So, I’ve found for you Lafayette Reynolds for Sims 3 and let me tell ya, Arisuka deserves TONS of praise.

I’ve tried making Lafayette and while I don’t think that I necessarily suck at making Sims, Lafayette is an interesting case. The eyes really make Sims and Nelsan Ellis’s eyes were always hard for me to recreate.

Download Lafayette and Sookie and maybe in the very near future, I’ll have Eric for you.

The thing is that the “sliders” that come with the default Sims 3 game just aren’t up to par when you’re trying to create a “real” person.

With Alex Skarsgård, he has an odd [though beautiful] face that’s hard as hell the re-create in game and I have been fighting with him for weeks.

Weeks!

I’ll start the game, start on Eric and then get pissed off and stop. I really, really wish that there was a save function and if there IS a save function where you can save a Sim mid-creation then let me know.

I wrote the above stuff and uploaded the pictures last week in a fit of rage [OK...annoyance] and have since been told that you CAN go back and tweak Sims once you’ve saved them and left CAS. You just load up CAS and instead of making a new Sim, you load the Sim that you saved and change to your heart’s content.

The Eric that’s pictured below has long since been deleted, but now, I can make an Eric prototype and then go back once I’m done being pissed off and change some more stuff.

Apparently I’m not the only one who thinks that Criminal Minds is awesome since Herculean has taken the trouble of making all five major character from the show, Special Agents Chief Aaron “Hotch” Hotchner, Jennifer “JJ” Jareau, Emily Prentiss and Derek Morgan.

If you want Prentiss’s hair to show up in your game like it does in this picture then you’re going to need to follow the link that’s listed on the Overview page. Everything else is included in the download…and there’s a heck of a lot of custom content that’s included.

The five from Criminal Minds will be a great addition to any Sims 2 game.

Have fun with your own storyline.
