With this house you get a pink princess room for a teen girl – even the bathroom is done in pink. You get an impressive master bedroom and a lovely open kitchen that any chef would be proud to call their own. The kitchen, living room and the dining room are all one room so your Sims will be very happy with the open floorplan .

The second floor is beautiful and I particularly like the second floor bathroom – I like green.

Plenty of candy, fun costumes and the perfect excuse to scare the crap out of little kids. What’s not to love?

Another great thing about Halloween is it gives Sims custom content creators great ideas and what they create is sometimes just plain awesome.

Take this Sims 3 Halloween House, for example.

Victorian styled with just enough “creep factor” to make you walk a bit faster as you pass the house. Sure, there are cheerful sunflowers in front, but those flowers are just there to make you complacent and fodder for the ghouls and zombies that want to eat your brains.

Don’t say I didn’t warn you.

This house three bedrooms and three bathrooms and comes complete with a growing garden. You can snag it for 61k unfurnished and 82k furnished.

Shown in the pictures of the lot are items from the Sims 3 Store. On the overview page are links to where you can get the downloads but you don’t have to have them – they’re for decoration. Personally, I love them and have downloaded both sets.

I would move into this house in a hot second and never look back.

What’s not to love when you have such an awesome beach house that’s decorated so perfectly?

The house is a two bedroom, 2 3/4 bath with a living room and office area. The yard is landscaped already, you get a pond and the lot is 30×20.

There is also a decent amount of custom content [which is all included in the download] and links to that custom content are listed on the overview page.

The furnished version will set your Sim back $81,577 and the unfurnished version costs $43,366.

Included in the download is a pool, picnic area, training area, huge bathhouse/bathroom, a basement AND an underground pool.

According to the creator, no custom content was used so you don’t have to worry about strange things happening in your game.

The furnished lot costs 109,423§ and the unfurnished lot costs 89,775§. Considering that this is a 30×30 lot, I think that both of those prices are really reasonable.

This is going to sound completely weird, but my favorite parts are the bathrooms.

Three bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms and no custom content. That means that you don’t have to worry about something going crazy in your game or showing up blue. Ever had that happen to you? Yeah, that’s an interesting thing to encounter in your game and it’s caused by custom content that doesn’t quite work in your game. But, now worries with that with this download.

The furnished price is 126,372 § and the unfurnished price is 79,788 §.

Considering the size of this townhouse, I think that’s a pretty fair price. Head on over to the download page for the Bouleau Boulevard Townhouse to take a look at all of the images as there six others that I haven’t included here.

This isn’t one of those houses.

This starter by MotorHalo manages to ride that fine line between so cheap that there’s no way that you would live in it and so much custom content that you’re essentially cheating your way into an inexpensive house.

Modern Starter for Two comes both unfurnished [$12,730] and furnished [$18,765] and the lot size is 20×20 and has one bedroom, a nice bathroom and a kitchen and living room. Also included in the lot is a pond, an outdoor grilling area and a fire pit.

The custom content that is used in this lot is linked in the overview page so make a note of those if you want the stuff to show up in your game.

They just seem so much cleaner and streamlined than the other styles that are out right now and I guess those are really some of the definitions of modern design.

Anyway, this “Sunrise” house is awesome.

The original design comes from Dan Tyree, a modern house designer, and is a gem.

3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. A pool and a great view.

I’m assuming that the house comes unfurnished since links to the custom furniture is given and “furnished/unfurnished” downloads aren’t included – just one download.

Anyway it’s a great house and I think it will fit great in just about any Sims 3 game.

The layout is simple and makes sense. You have a nice sized entry way that comes off of a cute little front porch, a good sized living room, a small dining area and the kitchen holds the back wall. There’s a hallway that leads from the kitchen connects with the one bathroom and leads to the one bedroom. There’s no garage but there is room to park one vehicle.

The bedroom is plenty big enough to hold a wardrobe and a large bed and I’m sure that you could add a side table and a small chair if you want to add them.

I would probably redecorate a bit but this house has good bones and it’s cheap enough that your young Sims 2 couple will have a great starter house with plenty of “bones” to work with.

Flabaliki did a great job with this starter house and it’s a house that should be in your Sims 2 neighborhood.

The house has two bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a gym room and a swimming pool. If you put it on a beach lot then you can also get the awesome views that are shown in the screenshots.

The house is on the expensive side with the furnished house costs 195, 368 § and the unfurnished house will set you back 122, 940 §. However, with a house that looks this good, sometimes you just have to bite the bullet and pay up.

The “house” is actually collection of three houses and each house is a different primary color: yellow, red and blue. You can purchase the “house” furnished with modern furniture for $121,222 or unfurnished for $99,982.

There are spots for three cars [though the cars aren't included in the download] and the primary colored fence is there to give you some brightly colored privacy from the prying eyes of those boring neutral toned neighbors.

Even if this house isn’t your style, it’s definitely original and is bound to add a bit of pizazz to your neighborhood.
