Worst Sims Haircut Ever!

So the other day I was playing with a new character of mine and the makeover chair. I gave Sims Leora a makeover and this happened:
Her face completely disappeared! Has this ever happened to you?

had this happen similar, only the whole head(plus neck, arms, whatever was not covered by clothes)! It was weird. But I could see the clothes, and then the girl went into a hottub, and when she changed into her bathing suit (its a 1piece), only her bathing suit showed up. But what was REALLY weird, when she changed back into her regular clothes, only the stuff invisible the time before showed up, and not the clothes (she had a floating head!) But when I took her home to see if it helped, she was normal again, she just got a really ugly makeup job.
