I think I need a better title for my “new rum” day. Suggestions?
Anyway, I just brought home a bottle of 10 Cane rum from the liquor store and now I’m wondering what I should do with it.
I generally like to mix my liquor and now that I’ve committed myself to trying 10 Cane, I’m realizing that all I have to mix the rum with is an orange Fanta. How’s that for high class?

Hot Apple Pie Cocktail

As the weather (here at least) turns cooler, I start to turn to warmer drinks and red wines. The stuff that makes me feel all toasty.
Drinks After Dark’s exclusive cocktail Guru, Steve Kemble has created me something yummy and warm for the cold November nights.
To make:
1 oz 10 Cane Rum
Hot water
1 tbsp apple butter
1 cinnamon stick for garnish

It’s October first (how did that happen already??) and that means it’s time for another exclusive cocktail from Drinks After Dark’s official Cocktail Guru, Steve Kemble.
This month, Steve’s evoking a little bit of a Halloween bonfire type vibe and brings us a “Campfire Martini”. It’s pretty easy, and something the grown ups can have while kids snack on s’mores.
To make:
1 oz 10 Cane Rum
1 oz Godiva Dark Liqueur
1 oz Bailey’s
2 dashes Vanilla extract
Crushed Graham Crackers
Melted Chocolate
Bacardi 151 Rum soaked marshmellows for S’more effect (optional)
