Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus has been around since Ringling Brothers Circus and Barnum & Bailey Circus merged way back in 1919.
Since then, when most people think about “going to the circus” they think about going to see a Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey show.
Unfortunately, no matter how much fun it is to watch the show, you were never able to participate in it…until now.
Now you can be a human cannonball, dance with elephants and even dress up as a clown to keep the crowds happy with your expert juggling.

Borderlands Box Art and New Trailer

I have one word for the new trailer for Borderlands – sick! But sick in such a very, very good way.
I’m still conflicted on the change in the middle of the stream that 2K did with Borderlands’s art direction, but this trailer ranks up there in my top five of trailers that I’ve seen.
The music is awesome, foot tapping stuff, the “87 bazillion guns!” text made me laugh out loud and the game play looks good enough to eat.
My only reservation was with the rendering of the game – still…I know.
I found myself paying too much attention to the comic …read more
BioShock 2 E3 Shots

I played the demo of BioShock-the first one. There wasn’t enough of it to really allow me to get the taste in my mouth and the little girls pretty much scared the crap out of me.
That’s right. I admit it. Little girls with knives scare me.
ANYWAY, enough true confessions. I bring you three bad ass screens from E3 of BioShock 2. They look just as scary as the first game [maybe scarier] and are sure to wet your BioShock 2 appetite.
Enjoy.

Borderlands Release Date Kind of Announced

I’ve been complaining and bellyaching about Borderlands for years and FINALLY we have a release date! Shacknews is reporting that the game will hit no later than October 31st, 2009.
It’s about damn time!
I thought I was cool with the new artistic direction for Borderlands but the more I look at the new screenshots, the more I’m starting to not like them. The style was dirty, mean and made you believe that such a world could exist. It wasn’t exactly realism but just this side of it. The new style looks like the old style got together with Okami and made …read more
BioShock 2 Multiplayer Features Outlined

I blame it all on Halo…actually Xbox…ok…let’s just blame it on Microsoft since they’re a big easy target.
Before Halo, few game developers worried about their games’ multiplayer appeal. Unless you count online multiplayer games but I’m not counting those because I’m trying to make a point.
Back to bashing Microsoft.
Because of Microsoft and their Xbox and Halo, online play has become desired and in some cases demanded. While Call of Duty 4 had an inventive and cool storyline, the online play is what keeps ‘em coming back for more.

Borderlands has a New Look
May 1, 2009 by Amy Tucker

The artistic direction of Borderlands has changed.
I like both of them.
The original look [check out the screenshot from back in May] was pretty, a bit grungy and maybe even gauzy looking.
The new look has crisp edges, sharply outlined character and the gauzy look has been replaced with almost a comic book thing.
You judge for yourself which you think is “better”. I feel they stand on their own artistically and are hard to compare. Maybe I’m just making excuses cause I like both of them?
