Brown insists that this comfort isn’t going to make him any less the journalist, however. Vick sat down with Brown on Monday in an interview that will “air Sunday on 60 Minutes.” If you’re planning on watching, Tony Dungy and Wayne Pacelle (head of the Humane Society) will sit in on the interview as well.
Vick is expected to talk about “how many nights he cried in prison when he realized the error of his ways.” Maybe this interview will help people realize he’s done his time and to just let him be for now?

Your weight lifting workout will ideally last somewhere around 50 70 minutes. How long you go really depends on you and how you feel, but from my experience and what I read on the web prior to writing this post, the general opinion is about an hour.

I thought DannySWO said something very insightful on the bodybuilding forums . “Short work outs will keep you more focused.”

wikimedia

That is so true. When I am up against the wall with a finite set of time, my workouts are usually very to the point and I move progressively faster. However, when I go into the gym with an open range, I might lose some focus. I don’t always but an open time frame leaves the possibility for a less straight forward workout.

With weight training, I feel I usually end up near an hour and 15 minutes. I don’t recommend going much higher because you have to remember that your body is going to hit an apex and then come down from it. If you’re working while your body descends, you’re not using your energy efficiently.

I’ll guarantee you if you go in and hit the weights hard, you won’t need any more than 70 minutes to get a tremendous workout that will have you building muscle at a fast rate. Try giving all you got for as long as you can on the weights while keeping the rest to a minimum and you’ll get a good feel for how long your workout should be.

If you start at only 40 minutes, that’s ok. Remember that weight training will not only develop strength but also endurance.

In the 48-minute basketball game he played in against the Mavs, LeBron finished with 24 points, 12 assists, six rebounds, two blocks, one steal and zero turnovers. After Dallas led by as many as 15 points and 30-20 after the first quarter, LeBron and company turned up the heat. As a result, the Cavs outscored the Mavs 82-43 in the final three quarters.

All-Star points guard Mo Williams had 22 points and five assists for Cleveland, while Dallas was led by the 20 points Dirk Nowitzki scored. No one else on the Mavs was able to score more than ten points. With the win, the Cavs extended their winning streak to a franchise-record 12 games.

In the 60 Minutes interview, LeBron was shown in his hometown of Akron, Ohio and they also featured LeBron at a concert he setup for Barack Obama at the Quicken Loans Arena in Cleveland. At the concert, LeBron was shown with Jay-Z, the multi-platinum rapper who is a friend of LeBron.

Many NBA experts consider LeBron as the 2008-09 NBA MVP favorite. His accomplishments on Sunday definitely did not hurt his case.
