Shaquille O’ Neal a Stalker?

Hip-Hop artist MaryJane (real name: Alexis Miller) has told Phoenix Suns center and occasional rapper Shaquille O’Neal to restrain himself. Literally.
Miller, who until recently knew O’Neal in the biblical sense,* accuses Shaq of stalking her. She obtained a temporary restraining order, and both parties are scheduled to tell the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth on September 4.  
Now, not to point fingers or pass judgment—’cause who knows what the scoop really is here—but . . . doesn’t it seem a tad superfluous to get a restraining order on a guy who’s 7′1″?
