You have to wonder what is going through New York Mets pitcher Mike Pelfrey&#8217;s head as the kid stumbles toward him in pain after the fall.  Not exactly the kind of outfield shagging a pitcher wants to go through during batting practice.  Check out the video of the kid falling over the fence below:
