On April 5th, tennis star Anna Kournikova participated in the Second Annual Nautica South Beach Triathlon in South Beach, Florida. The event benefits St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and Destiny’s Child star Michelle Williams kicked off the event by singing the national anthem.

The event included a half-mile ocean swim, biking for 19 miles and ended with a four mile run on the beach. Anna was carrying a little extra weight during the event. She was wearing her huge engagement ring from fiance Enrique Iglesias.

Pregnancy rumors have been swirling around Anna Kournikova and from these latest pictures, it appears the rumor could be true.
Anna, who was out sailing with Enrique Iglesias, was wearing a loose fitting white tank with signs of a possible baby bump. Usually when we see Kournikova near water, she is sporting a bikini, but not this time!
