Charles Barkley has had one heck of a time recently. He was pulled over for running a stop sign, given a breathalyzer, found legally drunk, and charged with a DUI.

Here’s what happened. “An onlooker saw Burress near the V.I.P. area of the club holding a drink in his left hand and fidgeting his right hand in the area of the waistline of his pants. Tempers rose and fists flew between the Dayton Dragons and Peoria Chiefs of the Midwest League yesterday, with a whopping 15 players ejected along with two managers. It gets worse: Chiefs pitcher Julio Castillo had the judgment lapse of his life when a ball he threw at the Dragons’ dugout ended up injuring a fan instead.
