What’s best to spend the Sunday morning or afternoon spotting video games greats and icons in pixel form that is conjured up by Edge magazine. For instance, I’m witnessing a fight between Ken and Guile now.

If you have no budget to buy exotic paintings, then simple Nintendo Papercraft is the answer to your inner artistic calling. These paper art feature folks from Animal Crossing, Pokemon, Mario, Kirby and other friendly Nintendo characters.

There’s a company out in these fine United States that takes every day drawings and turns them into awesome statues! You know what’s delicious? Eating your favorite game characters. It’s not very often that you favorite game characters are edible, but if you had a talk with this chick named Anna, you’ll find out that what she does is make game characters edible.
What am I talking about? Well, only this:

Starchie Spudnoggen wows audiences once again…
There are some very incriminating photos out there on the web. Incriminating for who? Well, for Guybrush Threepwood, that’s who. I’ll let you take a look at what I’m talking about. Just look at this picture below entitled “The Deal”:
Oh yes. That’s Guybrush Threepwood and Pirate LeChuck making some type of deal. It looks a little fishy doesn’t it?
And this painting? It was created by a potato. No, seriously.
It’s amazing the detail a little potato can put into a painting, isn’t it? Yes, that’s right. A potato. At least he says he’s a potato, …read more

Steve Purcell and his pirates
Steve Purcell has once again amazed the massed with some artwork that he sent to Dalixam at The World of Monkey Island. Apparently, that lucky guy Dalixam got an email the other morning from Mr. Purcell of some artwork that may or may not be related to a new Monkey Island project. The exact quote from Steve is as follows:
in no way connected to any existing or canceled piratey project
So, what the hell is that suppose to mean? Damnit. I want to know!
Here’s the artwork… ain’t they pretty?

Works of art…
I was taking a look at Ragnar Tornquist’s blog today and he presented a wonderful picture that some fan made of April, Zoe and Kian, those wonderful characters of Dreamfall: The Longest Journey. Now, this fan art made me laugh a little, because it’s just… well, awesome. He found it on Deviant Art’s webpage and it is by a AstartEnchantress. So you don’t have to go click on it, I’ve posted it here:
Now… I thought… “Hey, I can do some fan art like this. I mean… I like art and I like to be a fan, …read more
