Which Wireless Brand Ranks Tops for Customer Satisfaction?

Verizon Wireless nabbed the top spot in a survey of wireless customers conducted by the American Customer Satisfaction Index. But don’t go running to change your wireless provider just yet. Turns out Verizon Wireless only scored a 72 out of a possible 100 points, just 1 point above AT&T and T-Mobile’s scores of 71 each.
Now, if your wireless carrier is Sprint, that’s another story entirely. Sprint scored an embarassing 56 (an 8 point drop from last year).
Apple iPhone: The Surveys Are In

The Apple iPhone has been on the market for a few weeks now, and USA Today reports that initial reactions from buyers have been tallied. Interpret, a market research company in California, conducted an online survey of 1,000 cellphone users between July 6th and 10th. The survey shows that 3 out of 10 iPhone buyers were first time Apple product owners. That’s a major coup for the Apple brand. Not surprisingly, 90% of the 200 iPhone users surveyed were extremely or very satisfied with their iPhone and 85% would recommend the iPhone to other people.
