Here’s a slightly different variation on the bad beat story: the author is the one PUTTING the bad beat on. In this particular instance, the recipient of the two beats in the story is none other than myself.

Here’s the winning bad beat story from Jereme Dean. This is a tournament bad beat, but it’s two in a row, so that makes it just a little grosser:
I am playing a tourney at Full Tilt to advance to a bigger tourney for a spot on Poker After Dark.  I am playing well and changing my game up where it is hard for people to put me on a hand.
