OKAY! I admit it! I spend WAY too much time on my computer and on the Internet. I’ve got to balance that though with the knowledge that I make my living by working on computers, developing applications, designing websites, blogging and being active in a variety of social media outlets. Resistance Training Without Weights

Resistance training is not only limited to dumbells and iron plates. You can also use bands, your body weight, or a medicine ball to grow stronger. In today’s workout I integrated every form of resistance training except for bands to create an exceptional workout.
As you know, I’ve been focusing on building better balance in my legs lately. This is paying off. Just by putting shorts on, I can already tell my balance is much better than before. Morning Workout A Success

I didn’t feel like getting up at 7:09, but I did. After about 20 minutes, I headed to the gym and had a solid workout and now I’m done for today. I’m a little tired because I didn’t get as much sleep as I am accustomed to, but that’s ok because it will help me get to bed earlier.
Workout
30 minutes treadmill 2.95 miles, 32 minutes 3.07 miles counting cool down
3×12 regular dumbell curls 30 lbs
3×12 back extension
3×10 cross curls while doing step-ups on 10 inch platform (curl the arm opposite of the leg stepping)

Ok. Here is a statement that I will neither confirm nor deny–yoga makes sex hotter.
Not terribly surprising, since it helps us all get in touch with our bodies and our minds, sex is another facet of our lives where yoga can really help “flip the switch.”
I have to admit, it’s not the reason I got interested in yoga, but it seems like an excellent reason to for me to keep pushing my practice.
