Amazing App With System Inventory Lite

I found an amazing little application today as I was working on a client PC. I was looking for something like Belarc Advisor, that Milo just reviewed and I regularly use on PC’s. The problem was I wanted something that didn’t need an installation, but that could just run off of a thumb drive hopefully. I FOUND IT!

My Top Security and Maintenance Tools

In a recent post I asked what you readers chose as your preferred security and maintenance tools. These are the applications you consider indispensable when trying to keep your systems in top running shape and secure from the variety of potential attacks and intrusions from nefarious entities found on the intarwebs!
Here’s my list of applications that I used even today as I was cleaning up my family’s desktop PC.

Windows Product Key Finder

I was just reminded of a valuable tool for anyone running Windows. It’s a little application that lets you see your product key for Windows. This particular software is from Misc Software and they have a variety of other applications that could be helpful to Windows users as well.
My personal favorite application for this type of information is Belarc Advisor. It provides loads of information about your system. I use this little tool regularly on client machines to get a snapshot of their system for future reference as needed.
