Okay, let me make myself clear.  I’m not making fun of Ben Affleck.  I love him, actually.  And even though he briefly crossed borders into douche bag territory, I think he’s redeemed himself and become cool again.
But this video is vintage Ben Affleck.  Back before the douchebaggery of Beniffer, after the uber success of Good Will Hunting and pre-rehab.  Ah, you gotta love celebs when they’re tumbling toward rock bottom.

Sure, we’re all laughing our asses off as Hollywood celebs adopt YouTube collab and response formulae to sing about Jimmy Kimmel fucking Ben Affleck. Andrew Wallenstein, however, points out that the star power of this sketch marks an important cultural shift.
