 Number 701 on the list, at an estimated $1 billion, is Joaqun &#8220;El Chapo&#8221; Guzman. Guzman is Mexico&#8217;s most notorious drug lords. He&#8217;s allegedly responsibly for some of the most violent crimes in the country and is Mexico&#8217;s most-wanted fugitive.
Both Mexico&#8217;s president and attorney general have spoken out against the magazine listing him.
