A Russian man who has lung disease can’t afford the surgery he needs, so he’s pinning his hopes on an autographed picture from French actress Brigitte Bardot. He received it after he sent her a love letter.
The coal-mine worker in Chelyabinsk, in the Ural mountains, is offering the autograph for auction, hoping to raise enough money for the surgery. According to this article, Man pins treatment hopes on Bardot autograph, he would like the photo and autograph to bring him a little over 2000 dollars, U.S.
