La Toya Jackson Scene on “Bruno” DVD

Bruno was released just days after the death of Michael Jackson and, out of sensitivity for the loss, producers removed a scene from the movie featuring a prank on La Toya Jackson.
The scene is only 90 seconds long but it is pretty rough since it shows Bruno mocking the Jackson family.  According to Usmagazine.com, “La Toya is tricked into doing an interview with a fake Austrian fashion journalist, played by Cohen. It’s been a long time since I’ve seen a movie that was so well promoted so I’m pretty excited to see if Brüno will be deserving of all the hype.
Sacha Baron Cohen was a Kazakh traveling across the United States in Borat and a French Formula 1 race car driving in Talladega Nights and now, he has undergone yet another transformation to become Austrian fashion journalist, Brüno.
Looking at him, I think he’s actually believable.  He sounds, looks and acts the part and I really think that Cohen deserves recognition for his ability to really transform into these roles so thoroughly.  …read more

Eminem Laughed Hysterically Over Brüno Stunt

After letting the world speculate over the “incident” that occurred between rapper, Eminem, and fictional character, Brüno (played by Sacha Baron Cohen), the real Slim Shady is fessing up.  
"I’m thrilled that we pulled this off better than we rehearsed it," he tells RapRadar.  "It had so many people going ‘nuts’ so to speak.
