The Holidays are a great time for family and good cheer, but they’re a bad time for your waistline.  Amongst Thanksgiving and Christmas, keep your goals realistic.  For example, if you’re someone that typically gains 5 lbs of fat, try to stay where you’re at or only gain 2 lbs.  If you keep the same weight but lose some of your muscle tone, strive towards maintaining.
