For those who use desktop software to manage their mail, many use Microsoft Outlook. If you have been looking for an alternative to Outlook, you might want to try Zimbra. Zimbra is a cross between desktop and web-enabled email/document/calendare management tool that was created by Yahoo. The other day Jean wrote about the different ways to put foreign holidays on your calendar. That’s great advice, and I’ve already subscribed to the calendars for the countries I deal with most frequently.
