Toyota is scrambling to maintain their image of safety in the auto industry this week. Rumors abounded that the accelerators installed on most of their cars were faulty and could potentially cause problems. Safety inspectors have said that the gas pedals could potentially get stuck and cause the driver to lose control of their vehicle.
